I see it time & time again. The 'transformation' gets rolled out, new words come into play, new frameworks & methods forced (sorry 'introduced') across the organisation - some buzz emerges. But, the weeds of the status quo begin to grow back - and before you know it, it's an 'Agile' by name situation.
There's a way to bring things back to life in such situations but it goes against what most text books tell you. I can only talk for what I have tried & seen work & I'll unpack it at the following MeetUp. Fancy coming along?
Thanks,
Jem
